Film Analysis - But I'm A Cheerleader

In my pursuit of Film & Video Studies, I have done several film analyses. This essay also incorporates my minor in LGBTQ studies, serving as my final paper for my Intro to LGBT Studies course. In it I explore how the movie But I'm A Cheerleader (1999), directed by Jamie Babbit, served as a revolutionary portrayal of gender expression and sexuality for its time period, as well as discuss some of its criticisms and shortcomings.
