Software Engineering Intern

  • Worked on Agile development team to implement various front and back-end improvements to product dashboard according to customer and development team needs​

  • Implemented application features based on client request in Angular (Typescript, CSS, HTML) as well as .NET (C#) frameworks

  • Refactored application code to prepare for software package and infrastructure updates

  • Cut runtime on daily lights on/off script by ~20%, streamlining CI/CD operations

  • Designed a proposal for an automated machine-learning based email classification and response system

  • Researched current machine learning models, workflow automation software, and available datasets to determine how Salesvue can implement a system that is cost-effective and provides maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Designed prototype email parsing and classification models using Python and various machine learning libraries (Pytorch, Sklearn, TensorFlow)

  • Utilized AWS Machine Learning's pre-built and custom classification models and APIs

  • Crafted grant applications to various foundations for documentary with budget of $700,000
